There are altogether twelve regions in the field operations setup. Each region is headed by Area Business Manager / Executive. They are responsible in all business operations and communication with the target customers, including monitoring the performance of each shop under its region. Currently, PERNAMA manages a total of 67 stores located throughout Malaysia, from Perlis to Sabah. All the stores are located in or nearby the military camps.
