LAMANIAGA PERNAMA
With the changing market trend, PERNAMA has now ventured into Supermarket
and Shopping Complex management. The Supermarket concept is to provide
a wide variety of products including wet goods. In the Complex management
concept, PERNAMA becomes the anchor tenant together with other services
such as barber shops, tailors, news stand & stationery shops, family
shops, sports shops, wet markets, food stalls and recreational centres.
To date, ten lamaniaga complexes are fully operating at:-
- Lamaniaga Butterworth, Penang
- Lamaniaga Lumut, Perak
- Lamaniaga Ipoh, Perak
- Lamaniaga Sungai Petani, Kedah
- Lamaniaga Wardieburn, Kuala Lumpur
- Lamaniaga Desa Tun Hussein Onn, Kuala Lumpur
- Lamaniaga Jalan Sundang, Kuala Lumpur
- Lamaniaga Terendak, Malacca
- Lamaniaga PUSASDA Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan
- Lamaniaga Kuching, Sarawak
Smaller scale lamaniagas, known as Mini Lamaniagas are also established.
There are five mini lamaniagas in operation at:-
- Mini Lamaniaga Mentakab, Pahang
- Mini Lamaniag Kuantan, Pahang
- Mini Lamaniaga Tawau, Sabah
- Mini Lamaniaga Batu Kentomen, Kuala Lumpur
- Mini Lamaniaga Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur
RAKANIAGA PERNAMA
In areas where it is not economical to sustain a PERNAMA shop, Rakaniaga
PERNAMA will be set up. Under this concept, PERNAMA will undertake to
provide the basics needed to operate the provision shop.
Graduate from PERHEBAT School of Retail Management is usually offered
to run these shops.
